According the discussion during this session with Luise from Denmark, I believe we need to add one important item :
1.a Is there a clear research question?

Yes, you are right. Even in the chapter above this checklist, there is no mentioning of the study question. In fact, I believe that is an omission that has to be corrected.
AHZ, would you feel inspired to insert a paragraph on 'Study question', between 'Justification' and 'Objectives'? It is a WIKI after all, so please feel free !

I had edited point 1b that was close to the idea without using the word. AHZ: if you wish to write something on research question, i can share the EPIET lecture in a slide set format that could contribute as a starting point.
